Commercial
Nessuno is a commercial produced for the Italian premium fashion brand DèPio to launch a special collection of designer socks inspired by the life of Italian poet and war hero Gabriele D’Annunzio.
It was shot entirely on location over the course of 3 days between the DèPio factory in Botticino (BS) and D’Annunzio’s home in Gardone Riviera (BS) – to which the crew was given exclusive access.
A design inspired by history
The advert features a collection of iconic locations and items which either belonged to or are inspired by D’Annunzio, brought back to life thanks to sound effects and an original voiceover narration.
Presented in a 4:3 aspect ratio and in B/W, the film echoes the style and looks of Kodak 16mm stock from the early 1900s, employed to document many of D’Annunzio’s most renowned ventures.
